Riesling

DR LOOSEN GERMANY

This Riesling is from the world's most famous Riesling region - the Mosel. The second most important thing is how the Mosel region influences the taste of the local Rieslings.The Mosel has the steepest slopes in the world. They are so steep that it is impossible to work in the vineyard with any kind of machinery. So everything is manual labour. And because such steep slopes can't hold water, the root system of each bush has to go searching for water tens of metres down. This gives the grapes an inimitable minerality. It gently tingles on your tongue and then turns into a slight saltiness. It's a Riesling, so watch out for the strong acidity.

Pálava

WINERY OMASTA CZECH REPUBLIC

A beautifully matched brew, just the way we want to drink it. The wine is pure gold with orange menisci and hints of bronze tones. The nose is reminiscent of candied citrus peel, onions or rose petals. The taste is very spicy and robust. We can find rosebuds, candied citrus fruits and the first honey of spring.

WINERY DE MARTINO CHILE

De Martino is originally an Italian family who came to Chile in 1934 and immediately founded the De Martino winery. Today, the tradition is continued by the 4th generation, represented by Sebastian De Martino. The winery honours the biodynamic way of working, although it does not have any organic certification. The wines are fermented exclusively on their own yeasts to preserve their original Chilean personality. This Carmenere is an excellent example of this emblematic Chilean variety.

Marurana Tinta Rioja

WINERY LE GARCIA SPAIN

NUBE is a new release from our favourite winery Leza García. They made Rioja a little differently. They took 100% of the Maturana Tinta variety and made the wine so that it would be nice to drink at any time. It's pleasantly light with not-so-hard tannins. The wine is very young, in the 2020 vintage, and it's already drinking beautifully. Look for notes of black fruit, balsamic and spice on the palate. The wine was aged for a while in oak barrels. We are sure that NUBE will be your new favourite from the Rioja region.
